Strollers Group
The strollers group meet on the 2nd Sunday every month at 12.30pm.
A bus takes them for a beach or forest walk. Back by 6. Ramblers, strollers, and amblers catered for! (FREE)

Every Wednesday at 11am Regional Cultural Centre €5 and every Friday in Cara House. Come on your own or with a partner.

Trilogue
Join Service Users, Carers, Mental Health Professionals and concerned members of the public for a discussion about mental health. The course is facilitated by DCU but the discussion and where it goes is up to participants.
All courses and in-house activities are offered free of charge – but we invite you to leave a donation you feel you can afford.
