Strollers Group
The strollers group meet on the 2nd Sunday every month at 12.30pm.
A bus takes them for a beach or forest walk. Back by 6. Ramblers, strollers, and amblers catered for! (FREE)
Next walk is to Roe Valley, Limavady on Sunday May 20th.
2 Hand Dancing
Every Wednesday at 11am Regional Cultural Centre €5 and every Friday at 11am in Cara House for beginners. Come on your own or with a partner.
Swimming for Women
Every Wednesday at 11am Radisson Hotel €5. Ask for details. (€5)

Pass Your Driving Test
CDs and books and Rules of the Road are available in Cara House and can be used in our Internet access room. Margaret will be in Cara House on Mondays @ 11am.
Knitting and Crochet Group
Tuesdays at 11.30 in the meeting room – up the yellow steps.
All courses and in-house activities are offered free of charge – but we invite you to leave a donation you feel you can afford.
